Session 1: TRANSFORMATION: Your Outrageous Outcome - you'll go beyond limitations to "where the problem is not" and experience the GDS, i.e.: the source code of your personals success blueprint ... Joseph is a master at facilitating this transformational shift with you!

- Session 5: Freeing Your Mind - Organizing yourself beyond exposure, risk, uncertainty and chaos

How: Nuts & Bolts
- Completely virtual format - we'll meet for six two-hour sessions, 12 hours in total, every other week over three months
- Two time slots per session - we'll run each session twice, once at 1:00PM/13:00 ET and again at 6:00PM/18:00 ET, so that regardless of where you are in the world you can attend the session of your choice at a time that works for you, or attend all 12 sessions if you like
- Each two-hour session will consist of - A) 30-minute content presentation and group exercise to set the frame for the session ... B) 60 minutes of scheduled 15-minute "hot seat" 1:1 coaching (everyone will get at least one "hot seat") ... C) 30-minute open Q. & A. where everyone will have an opportunity to get direct input and feedback about where they are and what to be doing next
- Private coaching for the cohort only - we will have a private community just for this cohort of participants in the process on the platform, this will be available 24/7 so you can comment, connect and get input at your convenience
- Private messaging between cohort members - you will be able to connect and communicate with other members in your cohort, and we will be encouraging that you work together in between sessions to extend and deepen the work we'll be doing together
- Full access to the session recordings - we'll be uploading all the session recordings in video and audio formats, as well as the raw transcripts

"I have known of Joseph for more than 13 years. However, it took about 10 years before I let him into my life at all. Over all that time he never pressured me to engage with what he has to offer. I flirted with the idea of working with him on a number of occasions … and then retreated again! This is a reflection of where I was in my life and his great acuity to see that it was for me to be ready for a meaningful engagement.
I have worked with a number of executive coaches over the years and have had mixed experiences. A common outcome was that I ended up feeling that the coach that I was working with was colluding with me and hence not supporting / pushing or enabling me to make the break throughs that I was seeking in my professional (and personal) life and self.
After a stand off of nearly 10 years I let down my guard … a little. Well, approaching 50 seemed like a good time to grow up and start enjoying all the blessings in my life.
